Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive Enterprise to manage existing customers and new leads across South Africa, with a remote home-based setup and a Cape Town focus.

You will drive end-to-end sales for the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building relationships with c-suite, coordinating with Sales Engineers and Partners, and delivering value through strategic whitespace and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying opportunities.
• Uncovers a prospect’s processes and goals based on value hypotheses.
• Identifies compelling value propositions addressing customer needs.
• Communicates clearly using multiple channels and tools.
• Uses available resources and collaborates with the account team.
• Aligns with the account team to support deal and customer success.
• Experience aligned to core competencies for New Market AE.

Responsibilities

• Work with lead Account Managers in Cape Town to develop stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and drive the long-term strategy for the accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales with Sales Engineers, PS, Executives, Partners.
• Evangelise Salesforce Customer 360 benefits to customers.
• Drive growth across Retail and Financial Services verticals.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to manage complex deals.
• Provide deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Customer 360.
• Build and execute whitespace penetration plans.
