Job summary

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd in Durban seeks an Engineering Key Accounts Manager to drive business development and market growth in industrial boiler and energy solutions sectors.

You will build strategic customer relationships, lead tender and commercial processes, and expand opportunities across biomass, steam generation, and energy transition markets, with international travel where required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
• MBA or business qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years within heavy engineering, industrial boiler systems, steam generation or related sectors.
• Experience in sales, proposals, projects or engineering is beneficial.
• Strong contract and commercial awareness; tendering experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement business development strategies and identify new opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Assist with tendering, proposals and commercial submissions; coordinate inputs.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships; support cost optimisation and supply chain competitiveness.
• Monitor market developments and opportunities in biomass and energy transition markets.
