Execustaff South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive maximum profitability and growth within an assigned territory. You will develop strategies, manage your portfolio and build strong relationships with customers to achieve targets.

The role requires HVAC product knowledge, excellent presentation skills and the ability to forecast and report on market trends. Travel nationally and internationally may be involved, with an office-centric work pattern.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills are essential.
• Market analysis knowledge/experience required.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to use a database for recording and reporting.
• HVAC products knowledge (VRF, Chillers, Split units) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategy in line with company objectives.
• Plan and manage personal portfolio/territory according to market development strategy.
• Increase market share by identifying niches, new applications and products.
• Accurate forecasting: monthly and yearly sales forecasts.
• Maintain and develop customers to optimize service, growth and satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships and liaise with corporate contacts.
