Qualifications

• Relevant degree required.
• 8+ years in consulting.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics or related ERP.
• Strong problem solving and communication.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business.
• Proven client relationship management.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop delivery teams across client projects.
• Ensure project quality and profitability.
• Maintain staff utilization.
• Drive client satisfaction and NPS.
• Manage accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare timelines and cost estimates; write proposals and respond to RFPs.
