Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the Dynamics 365 Business Applications team. You will steer project delivery, drive client engagement, and mentor junior staff while ensuring profitability and quality across engagements.

You will collaborate with clients to scope opportunities, prepare realistic timelines and costs, and write compelling proposals in response to RFPs. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Degree required and 8+ years in a consulting environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, managing teams and delivering results.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Application tools (MS Dynamics or related ERP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients, and manage expectations.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Ambitious to deliver on the company's strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engagement Manager function within Decision Inc.'s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications team.
• Oversee account management activities within the client base and identify new project opportunities.
• Ensure project quality, profitability, and timely delivery in line with scorecards.
• Develop junior team members' career plans and KPIs, and maintain staff satisfaction.
• Coordinate timelines and costing for new projects, and write proposals in response to RFPs.
• Foster client relationships and address issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.

• Performing account management activities within your client base
• Actively engaging with your clients on new project work

Who Do You Need To Be?

• Relevant degree
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a consulting environment
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage teams, drive initiatives and deliver results effectively
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Application tools (MS Dynamics or related ERP)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business people in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical people
• Ability to successfully manage and create strong relationships with a team and clients
