Qualifications

• Relevant degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with team management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Application tools (MS Dynamics or related ERP).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Development/Career Plan for junior team members.
• Manage client accounts, engage on new project work and identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure project quality, profitability, and on-time delivery for client engagements.
• Address client issues and maintain high client satisfaction (NPS).
• Maintain team utilization in line with organizational needs and staffing plans.
