As the strategic voice, you will craft 90-day roadmaps, optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft, and drive retention and upsell while maintaining clear communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creative testing, and campaign termination.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps and present performance narratives to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
