Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and client narratives, acting as the strategic voice in meetings.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and drive growth via retention and upsell, while communicating clearly with US-based clients in live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
