Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer adoption and training to drive value from investments.
• Onboard new clients and enhance engagement with existing ones.
• Assist clients with inquiries and coordinate with teams.
• Build a Knowledge Base to enhance customer value.
• Track key metrics for Customer Adoption and Success.
