Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Client Success, Account Management, or Strategic Sales (B2B SaaS)
• Proven track record with enterprise accounts, retention/expansion targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with C-level executives

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise client accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client success and retention
• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews to showcase value and align on strategic goals
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling
• Drive product adoption and ensure full use of services
• Monitor client health and mitigate risks
