Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management is required.
• Experience leading client engagement strategies in a customer-centric environment.
• 5+ years in CRM, client engagement, or related discipline.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of client engagement strategies across a portfolio.
• Translate business objectives into actionable client engagement plans and campaigns.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise opportunities and challenges.
• Drive planning and implementation of lifecycle communications and engagement activities.
• Utilise insights, segmentation, CRM data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement through testing and optimisation.
• Coach client engagement specialists and cross-functional contributors.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, CRM, digital, product and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client value.
