Telkom Openserve seeks a Specialist: Channel Development & Management to lead multi-channel strategies for broadband revenue growth. You will identify opportunities, establish channels, and drive partnerships across markets.

This role reports to senior management and requires a customer-centric approach. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Network Planners, and Marketing to develop platforms for lead generation and channel onboarding while monitoring performance and forecasting business

Qualifications

• NQF 6: National Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Certificate.
• 5 Years relevant experience in channel development/ management and sales.
• Qualification preferably in Channel Development/ Sales/ Marketing-related field.

Responsabilités

• Sales, revenue growth, retention planning, and campaign execution.
• Sales channel establishment, maintenance, and performance management.
• Develop appropriate sales channels to deliver on targets.
• Monitor channel performance and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for network investment and respond to proposals.

• Build long-term strategic partnerships across channels.
