Telkom SA Openserve is seeking a Specialist in Channel Development & Management to lead the identification, development and support of multiple channels, including digital, to drive broadband revenue. You will craft strategies to generate leads and orders, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion customer-centric channel initiatives aligned to Telkom Openserve objectives.

You will manage channel programs, relationships, and performance insights, and lead end-to-end channel onboarding,

Qualifications

• Qualification preferably in Channel Development/ Sales/ Marketing-related field.
• Experience preferably in channel development/ management and sales.
• Proven track record in channel management.

Responsabilités

• Sales, revenue growth, Retention planning, and campaign execution.
• Sales channel establishment, maintenance, and performance management.
• Develop appropriate sales channels to deliver on targets.
• Monitor channel performance and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for network investment in gated communities and respond to RFPs to secure new build and revenues.
• Develop and execute sales plans to monetize investments.
• Build long term strategic partnerships across channels to monetize existing inventory and generate interest for new build.
• End to end service-oriented customer management.
• Managing of suppliers and Multi Channels.
• Develop marketing activities and support the channels.
• Develop and automate platforms to enable lead generation.
• Enable sales of existing and new products or solutions.
