AB InBev Africa is hiring a CAPEX PMO Manager to lead the integrated management of CAPEX, the Technology PMO and technology financial performance. You will own capital planning, budgeting, investment evaluation and portfolio governance, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial objectives across Technology towers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in an FMCG or similarly complex, fast-paced environment.
• CIMA, CA(SA), MBA, CFA or PMP qualification, or progress towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability, with knowledge of ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Syspro and Anaplan.

• Develop and implement the capital expenditure strategy in line with business priorities and financial targets.
• Prepare annual CAPEX budgets and forecasts; monitor investment against budget and provide performance visibility.
• Evaluate and prioritise capital proposals using financial analysis and ROI calculations; manage submission and approvals.
• Maintain PMO standards, controls and reporting across Technology; track scope, timelines, budgets, benefits, risks and dependencies.
• Lead vendor sourcing and engagement for capital projects; monitor performance and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies; prepare investment and portfolio reports.
