Job summary

BevCo is seeking an experienced Operations CAPEX Manager to lead strategic capital projects across our production grid. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, manage budgets, and oversee cross-site teams to deliver automation, capacity, and efficiency improvements.

The role requires a seasoned project professional with a track record in FMCG environments, capable of mobilising teams and ensuring value realisation through structured governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (GCC preferred).
• PM certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are required or equivalent.
• 8+ years in project management within manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing large CAPEX projects (R50M+) including automation and plant upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-year CAPEX roadmap aligned with growth strategy.
• Lead cross-site, cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, HR, supply chain, and IT.
• Establish governance, budgets, timelines, and risk management for major CAPEX projects.
• Drive site expansions, bottling line automation, and utilities upgrades.
• Coach Programme Manager and oversee sub-projects or CI workstreams.
