Job summary

BevCo is seeking an Operations CAPEX Manager to lead multi-site capital projects, drive automation, and expand production capacity within our FMCG beverage network. You will develop strategy, set budgets, and govern major upgrades across facilities.

You will mentor the Programme Manager, coordinate across engineering, operations, quality, HR and IT, and ensure projects deliver on time, within scope and safety standards while realising measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering (GCC preferred).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive PM experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing large CAPEX projects (R50M+).
• Exposure to high-speed beverage manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year capital project roadmaps aligned with growth.
• Lead execution of major CAPEX projects with governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, QA, HR, supply chain, IT.
• Ensure compliance with OHS and beverage regulations.
• Drive benefits realization and continuous improvement after project completion.
