Job summary

AB InBev Africa is seeking a senior planning professional to optimize production and allocation across Southern Africa. You will develop long-term production plans, identify capacity constraints and opportunities, and use scenario planning to balance cost, inventory and demand.

The role connects Supply Chain Design with Demand Planning and ensures risks are communicated through S&OP. The incumbent will manage inputs like finished goods cash flow forecasts, production KPIs, and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).
• Minimum of 5 years planning experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Publish an optimized monthly long-term production plan from M+2 with a rolling 12 months window.
• Create monthly production plan with cost and allocation optimization to reduce lost sales to DC level.
• Manage Supply Planning KPIs and costs (e.g., WSNP, allocation efficiency).
• Lead and prepare the Supply Review deck per TOR.
• Sign off monthly inventory LE’s to cash flow team.
• Coordinate S&OP between WSNP, CONA, and Supply teams; participate in S&OP routines.
