Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in technology.
• Proven track record of identifying, negotiating and closing significant deals.
• Deep understanding of software, cloud computing, AI or related tech domains.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid remote/office work experience and CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BD strategies to pursue new tech market opportunities.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Generate leads through market research, networking and events.
• Analyze client needs and tailor technology solutions accordingly.
• Negotiate and close complex sales contracts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams to align goals.
• Prepare proposals, business cases and presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and report performance regularly.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Aim to exceed BD and revenue targets.
