Talent Fox SA in Durban is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our staffing and recruitment footprint. You will research markets, identify opportunities, generate leads, and engage decision-makers to build a strong pipeline of repeat business.

The role requires a proven B2B sales background, hunter mentality, and experience in a recruitment or TES context. You will negotiate terms, present proposals, and contribute to bids and tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or similar B2B role.
• Strong track record of creating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment or outsourcing is highly advantageous.
• TES (Temporary Employment Services) experience is advantageous.
• Hunter mentality with proven cold-calling and prospecting ability.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, sectors and prospective clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and targeted prospecting.
• Identify and engage the appropriate decision-makers within prospective organisations.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations and business development discussions.
• Understand client workforce and operational requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective business.
• Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat and additional business.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to bids and tender submissions for new contracts.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist with client contract discussions.
