Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create learner-centric experiences for adults.
• Design and curate blended learning using eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure content is accessible and consistent across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communications for timely delivery.
