Vine Recruitment is seeking an Operations Administrator in Bellville to support store operations. You will handle stores administration, from reporting and stock sheets to Sage entry and invoice processing.

The role requires Grade 12, strong Excel skills, and Sage knowledge. You will work with Stores and Procurement teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Computer literate; Sage knowledge an advantage.
• Excellent Excel experience.
• Stores/warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable with impeccable time-keeping.
• Team player with a friendly disposition toward colleagues and suppliers.
• Attention to detail within repetitive cycles and procedures; sense of urgency.

Responsabilités

• Perform stores administration activities: generate reports, update stock sheets, process delivery notes, file signed delivery notes.
• Capture order information in Sage and issue purchase orders.
• Record delivery notes in Sage.
• Process invoices and submit to finance for payment.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with suppliers and transporters.
• Schedule appointments for store visitors and resolve delivery/collection queries.
• Keep track of reserved stock and coordinate with Stores team.
• Stock administration in Sage.
