Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a stores administrator to handle report generation, stock sheets, delivery notes, and Sage data entry in Paarl. The role requires meticulous data handling and professional interaction with suppliers.

You will process invoices, manage reserved stock, schedule store visits, and resolve delivery queries while maintaining strong communication and swift, accurate work.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Sage financial system is an advantage.
• Good to excellent Excel experience.
• Stores/warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Impeccable time-keeping and sense of responsibility.
• Team player with a friendly disposition.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow repetitive processes.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Store administration: generate reports, update stock sheets, and file signed delivery notes.
• Data-capturing of order information on Sage and issuing purchase orders.
• Receipting of delivery notes on Sage.
• Process invoices and submit to finance for payment.
• Represent the company professionally when contacting suppliers and transporters.
• Schedule appointments for persons visiting the stores.
• Resolve queries from deliveries/collections.
• Track reserved stock and communicate with Stores team.
• Stock administration on Sage.
