Job summary

Vine Recruitment is seeking a Stores Administrator for a Western Cape client based in Bellville. Reporting to the Stores Manager and the Procurement and Logistics Supervisor, you will deliver accurate administration to support smooth store operations.

You will generate reports, process delivery notes, capture orders in Sage, manage invoices, and maintain stock records in Sage, while interacting professionally with suppliers and transporters.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Computer literate with Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Sage is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in repetitive processes.
• Ability to work independently and proactive.
• Reliable with strong time-keeping.
• References available on request.

Responsibilities

• Perform stores administration: reports, stock sheets, delivery notes filing.
• Capture orders in Sage and issue purchase orders.
• Record delivery notes in Sage and process invoices.
• Interface with suppliers and transporters professionally.
• Schedule visits to stores and resolve delivery queries.
• Maintain accurate stock reservations and Sage records.
