• Implement and manage efficient inventory control procedures across all retail locations.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages or overstock situations, and initiate replenishment or markdown processes accordingly.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Manage outgoing stock, including transfers between stores or returns to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the stock management system.
• Collaborate with store staff and management to ensure proper stock handling and storage.
• Assist in the analysis of inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock turnover.
