Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations, including managing incoming and outgoing shipments and stock transfers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for store inquiries regarding operational issues, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new retail initiatives, systems, and training programs.
• Monitor store performance metrics related to operations, such as inventory accuracy and fulfillment times.
• Process and track operational expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to stores.
