Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year work-related experience.
• Grade 12 without related work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language where the job is available.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service in store.
• Merchandise stock and ensure shelves are properly labelled and clean.
• Assist customers with product queries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure stock is merchandised according to store plan and layout.
• Maintain area free of obstacles and ensure safe entry/exit for customers.
• Keep shelf labels accurate and up-to-date as stock moves.
