Job summary

You will handle bulk stock, maintain housekeeping, and support safety requirements (OHSA) while working shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The role emphasizes accuracy, integrity and a client-focused approach to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related work experience.
• Grade 12 without related work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area where the position is available.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service in store.
• Merchandise stock and label shelf prices.
• Maintain housekeeping within designated area.
• Advise and assist customers on correct products and queries.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.
• Bulk stock area to be merchandised safely and according to store layout plan.
• Ensure area is fully merchandised according to store layout and planograms.
• Ensure area is free of obstacles and safe for customers.
