Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year work related experience, or Grade 12 without related work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language of the area.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Customer service in-store.
• Assist customers with product queries and advise on correct products.
• Merchandise stock and ensure shelves are labelled and tidy.
• Maintain store layout and planograms; keep area free of obstacles.
• Follow OHSA safety requirements within area of responsibility.
