The role requires a Matric certificate, 5 years of retail store management, and previous flag store leadership. You will champion customer service and risk management while guiding a high-performance team.

• Matric certificate.
• 5 years retail store management experience.
• Previous flag store leadership experience (essential).

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with company standards.
• People management including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.
