Job summary

You will manage people, control expenses, optimise stock, and deliver excellent customer service while building loyal customers and a high-performing team.

This role requires Matric and at least 3 years retail experience including 1 year in leadership, offering growth opportunities within our lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to achieve targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
