Job summary

Totalsports in Bredasdorp, Western Cape, is seeking a Store Manager (45hr) to lead retail operations on-site. You will drive turnover, control expenses, manage stock, and lead a team through recruitment, development and performance management.

You will implement in-store merchandising, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain standards. Applicants should have Matric and at least 3 years retail experience with 1 year in store leadership.

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
