• Previous retail management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.

• A target-driven mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• A willingness to learn, grow and take on greater management responsibility.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the Western Cape.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Maximise profitability through effective management of gross profit, add-on sales and other revenue streams.
• Maintain merchandising, marketing and operational standards.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage employee performance and support individual growth.
• Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning.
• Oversee daily administrative duties, including cash-ups, safe checks and recordkeeping.
