Job summary

Cash Crusaders in Gauteng is seeking experienced retail leaders for Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and Trainee Manager roles. You will drive store operations, coach teams and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership and people development skills, and a willingness to relocate anywhere in Gauteng. Retail hours apply, including weekends.

Qualifications

Previous retail management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
Maximise profitability through effective management of GP, add-on sales and other revenue streams.
Maintain merchandising, marketing and operational standards.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
Manage employee performance and support growth.
Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning.
Oversee daily administrative duties, including cash-ups, safe checks and recordkeeping.
