Job summary

Cash Crusaders is seeking experienced managers to lead a store as either Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. This Trainee Manager path offers growth while leveraging your existing management experience to drive store performance and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee operations, stock control, and administration, while developing a high-performing team. The role requires flexibility for retail hours and willingness to relocate within the Eastern Cape.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Eastern Cape

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations and sales performance to meet targets.
• Maximise profitability through effective GP management and revenue streams.
• Maintain merchandising, marketing and operating standards across the store.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee daily administration, cash-ups, safe and alarm checks, and recordkeeping.
