Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer service excellence.
• Experience in managing store operations, stock, and merchandising to meet targets.
• Ability to reduce risk and losses and uphold health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote sales by ensuring world-class customer service.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Maintain store standards by following merchandising standards and pricing strategies.
• Assist in receiving stock, stock counts, expiry date checks, and stock condition.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team aligned with Ho Hola Culture.
• Cash management, including preparing floats, daily banking, and cashier support.
• Manage team performance, coaching, and development.
• Ensure health and safety and food quality standards are followed.
• Analyze store sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and security.
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
