Responsibilities

• Drive and promote sales by delivering world-class customer service.
• Maintain high customer service standards at all times.
• Uphold merchandising standards and optimize stock availability and pricing.
• Assist with stock receiving, counts, expiry dates, and stock condition.
• Recruit, train and manage a high-performing team and Ho Hola culture.
• Cash management including floats, banking and cashier support.
• Lead and coach the store team to improve performance.
• Adhere to health and safety processes and food safety standards.
• Analyze store sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and security.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and stakeholders.
