The role requires strong leadership, HR management, and financial discipline to meet budgets, while maintaining store standards and staff development in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 with 3+ years retail management experience or 5+ years.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office knowledge.
• Sound HR management and people leadership abilities.
• Good health and safety knowledge per OHSA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a strategic plan aligned with divisional goals.
• Grow store sales, transactions and market share within budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service and loyalty program execution.
• Control stock, shrinkage, assets and store security.
• Oversee OHSA compliance and safety checks in-store.
• Lead HR processes, staffing, development and relations.
• Manage expenses in line with the financial model.
