Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 with at least 3 years related retail management experience, or 5 years related experience.
• Must have well developed business acumen.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate (Basic computer literacy).
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Must have strong administrative skills.
• Own transport preferable with valid driver’s license.
• Must have own cell phone.
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety aspects in line with OHSA.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement and manage a strategic plan for the Store aligned with divisional and company strategy.
• Grow transactions, sales and market share; achieve sales budgets and growth objectives.
• Manage customer service and loyalty programs; ensure effective delivery service.
• Control shrinkage and protect store assets; manage safety compliance (OHSA).
• Manage HR, succession planning, staff relations, and training.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, housekeeping and stock management.
• Oversee stock orders, receipts, damage and obsolete stock actions, and slow/ excess stock plans.
