Job summary

Responsibilities

• Spearhead store team development by identifying training and coaching needs.
• Recruit, administer, and manage performance in line with policies.
• Implement customer experience processes to meet standards and promotions.
• Enforce compliance through defined processes and checks.
• Explore opportunities to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Provide feedback on in-store product performance to the support centre.
• Collaborate on action plans, monitor KPIs, and manage store expenditure.
• Authorize write-offs, recalls, returns, and ensure stock control.
• Maintain stockroom upkeep and manage stock levels to mitigate risk.
• Receive, unpack, merchandise, and replenish the sales floor to drive sales.
• Lead the team to achieve store KPIs and align with the operational strategy.
