Job summary

Mr Price Group Limited is seeking a store support leader to assist the store manager in daily operations, stock management, and driving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service focus to enhance in-store experience and profitability.

You will oversee stockroom housekeeping, implement process controls, and support in-store marketing activities while developing the team to meet KPIs and standards.

Qualifications

• NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• 3 Years' Experience in Retail (Management Experience Advantageous).
• Understanding of Sales & Service Management.
• Budgeting Skills.
• Brand, customer service, cellular, mobile, new accounts, and insurance product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager in daily operations and achieve store targets.
• Manage stock receipt, unpacking, merchandising and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Analyze sales and profitability data to drive action plans and control costs.
• Lead and develop the store team to meet KPIs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, audits, and visual standards.
