TFG Limited in Durban is seeking an experienced leader to drive turnover, manage store operations, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee stock control, cost management, and staff development to achieve targets while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a Matric certificate and at least 3 years in retail with 1 year in a store leadership position. You will implement merchandising strategies and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
