Job summary

The FIX at Ballito Junction, Durban, is hiring a Store Manager (45hr) to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You will oversee people management, merchandising, and customer service initiatives to achieve targets and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Qualified candidates have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years in retail with 1 year in store leadership, and will demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and customer-focused skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.
• Candidates from designated groups preferred as per EE Act.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to achieve targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with Company standards.
• People management including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
