Job summary

Sneaker Factory in South Africa is seeking a store leader to drive turnover and manage expenses while upholding brand merchandising standards. You will lead staff development, recruitment, and performance, ensuring customer service excellence across the store.

The role focuses on implementing our service strategy, managing stock shrinkage, and delivering compelling sales conversations to meet customer demands. A minimum 3 years retail experience with 1 year in leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• At least 3 years in retail with 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve targets.
