Job summary

TFG is seeking a Store Manager (45hr) for Sneaker Factory in Somerset West, near Cape Town. The role leads store operations, drives sales targets, and ensures excellent customer service within a dynamic sneaker retail environment.

You will manage staff, merchandise strategy, stock control, and customer relations, fostering a high-performing team and a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate (grade 12) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to achieve targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with company standard.
• People management including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
