Job summary

TFG Limited is seeking a Store Manager for Sneaker Factory Middelburg, Eastern Cape. This on-site, full-time role (40 hours) focuses on driving turnover, controlling costs and leading staff to uphold merchandising standards.

You will recruit and develop the team, manage stock losses, and deliver on the customer service strategy. A Matric certificate and 3+ years of retail experience with 1 year in store leadership are required.

Qualifications

Matric certificate.
Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Drive turnover to achieve targets.
Control expenses.
Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with the company standard.
People management including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.
