Clicks Group Limited is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a permanent role in Table View. The primary objective is to ensure service excellence and maximize store performance while complying with company policies and governance.

The role requires strong leadership to drive sales, manage stock and expenses, and develop a capable team to meet current and future business needs within a health and beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management with focus on sales targets and profitability.
• Strong understanding of stock, shrinkage and loss prevention.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales, monitor daily/weekly/monthly targets and take corrective action.
• Manage all store operations including expenses, stock, housekeeping and admin.
• Oversee in-store execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
