Job summary

Mr Price Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the store manager in delivering daily operations, ensuring stock accuracy, optimal customer service, and achievement of store KPIs. The role focuses on stockroom maintenance, stock replenishment, and compliance with company policies.

You will review sales performance, identify opportunities to boost sales, and lead training to develop team capabilities, driving customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/store management experience.
• Understanding of Sales & Service Management.
• Budgeting skills and financial awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Office and clear communication abilities.
• Understanding of Retail Trade.
• Understanding of Brand, Customer & Product.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in daily store operations to meet objectives and customer service standards.
• Stock management: ensure accurate receiving, unpacking, replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise stock loss through defined processes.
• Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls and returns.
• Drive sales growth and profitability by analysing in-store performance and implementing action plans.
