Job summary

Mr Price Group Kenilworth Centre is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive store KPIs and uphold customer service standards. You will manage stock, staffing, budgets and implement company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this role you will supervise a team, develop talent, analyse sales data, and ensure compliance with visual and brand guidelines while delivering exceptional shopping experiences to our customers in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in retail store management.
• Knowledge of sales & service management.
• Budgeting knowledge.
• Understanding of retail trade, brand, customer & product.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management: ensure stock is received, merchandised and replenished; monitor stock levels and minimize stock loss.
• Customer Experience Management: maintain customer service standards and implement customer experience plans.
• Leadership & Development: lead and coach store team, drive KPIs and succession planning; recruit and manage performance.
• Compliance & Operations: ensure policies and procedures are followed and store housekeeping is maintained.
