Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a General Assistant (Internal Applications Only- Cavendish) to support in-store customer service, merchandising, price labelling and housekeeping within their designated area. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates should be able to perform basic calculations and comply with OHSA safety standards while maintaining store layout integrity and customer flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 and 1 year work related experience.
• Grade 12 without related work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and dominant local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service in store.
• Merchandise stock, label shelves and maintain housekeeping.
• Assist customers with queries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure area is fully merchandised according to store plan.
