Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related work experience, or Grade 12 with no experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language of the area.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product queries.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.
• Base stocking and merchandising within the designated area; ensure shelves reflect store layout and planograms.
• Ensure area is clean, hazards are minimized and aisles are accessible.
